What are the shipping fees and delivery timeline?

• Shipping timelines are approximate and do not include weekends, holidays, or unexpected courier delays (weather, volume, traffic, etc).

• Orders may be split if dispatch dates are more than 7 days apart.

• Shipping is free for all US orders.

• Shipping timelines shown at checkout do not include order processing time. For the most accurate delivery estimate, refer to the timeline displayed during checkout.

How can I check the status of my order?

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 30 minutes of purchase by logging into your account. Once logged in, go to My Orders and click "Cancel Order". If you don't have an account, no worries, you can create one using the same email used to place the order.

Our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, so we’re unable to guarantee any cancellation requests or changes to your order past this window.

My order is delayed, when will I receive it?

If your order is not processed by the estimated shipping date, our Customer Happiness team will contact you with an update within 24–48 hours.
