What is the standard return policy?
We offer free 14-day returns for customers in the US.
How do I return?
Send us an email at contact@mayamia.com with a photo of the item and the reason for the refund.
When will I receive my refund?
Please note your return will be processed within 10 business days from the time we receive it in our warehouse. Once processed, we will send you a confirmation via email!
What is the exchange policy?
We don’t offer exchanges, but we can process a refund within 14 days after delivery.
