We stand behind the quality of every handcrafted piece we create. Each Mayamia design is made to last, and we proudly offer a one-year warranty from the date your order is received. This warranty covers manufacturing defects or workmanship issues. It does not apply to lost items, normal wear such as scratches, tarnishing or fading, damage caused by improper care (including chemicals, water, or impact), or any alterations performed by a third party.
To submit a warranty claim, please email contact@mayamia.com with your order details and photos of the issue.
Important terms
Return requirements
• Items must be in original condition with no signs of wear or damage.
• Items returned by mail must include all original packaging (tags, box, pouch).
• Sets must be returned in full; individual pieces from a set cannot be returned or exchanged separately.
• For lab-grown diamonds, the SCS certification must be included; otherwise, the return will be sent back to the customer.
• Orders must be returned from the same country in which they were originally purchased.

• Earrings used during piercing appointments

• Final-sale items
Return shipping
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a return fee applies, it will be deducted from your refund amount.
Exchange guidelines
We offer exchanges for eligible items. Before requesting an exchange, ensure the item meets all Return Requirements listed above.

We offer a 14-day return window for all online orders. We do not offer exchanges at this time.
How to start a return
Email contact@mayamia.com with your order number and photos of the item in its original condition. Our team will guide you through the return process.
Important details
• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
• Once approved, the return must be mailed back within 7 days.
• All items must meet our Return Requirements (unworn, undamaged, original packaging included).
• Items that do not meet these criteria or are sent after the 7-day window are not eligible for return.
Log in to your Mayamia account and select My Orders to view your order status. Once your order is packed and ready to ship, you’ll automatically receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its progress.
Don’t have an account?
You can create one using the same email address you used at checkout, and your order will appear under My Orders. Tracking numbers are sent as soon as your order is packed. Once the courier picks up the package and scans it into their system, the tracking information will begin to update. This may take a few hours, and orders packed over the weekend will update on the next business day.

Shipped
Your order has been packed and is on the way to you. Kindly note that the tracking may take some time to be scanned into the courier's system to reflect any activity or movement.

Oh, looks like your order has a backorder or made-to-order piece! To ensure you can get started on enjoying your Mayamia piece as early as possible, we've shipped the available pieces first (applies for US/Canada only)
You can cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it by reaching us at contact@mayamia.com with your order number.
Our team processes orders quickly, so cancellations or changes cannot be guaranteed after the 30-minute window.
Yes, our pieces are crafted in gold vermeil and 925 sterling silver. These are fine-jewelry materials that offer long-lasting quality, made for everyday wear and suitable for sensitive skin. They are nickel-safe and designed to maintain their shine with proper care.
